1. All Sales Are Generally Final

Because ebooks are digital products downloaded directly to your device, they are inherently irreversible. Therefore, we typically do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete and the download link has been generated.

 

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

We want you to enjoy your reading experience. We will issue a full refund or a replacement file if you experience the following issues:

  • Corrupted Files: The downloaded file is broken, unreadable, or missing text.

  • Incorrect Product: You received a completely different title than the one you purchased.

  • Persistent Technical Errors: Our support team is unable to resolve a delivery or compatibility issue within 48 hours of you contacting us.

 

3. Timeline for Requests

To qualify for a technical refund or replacement, please submit your request within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Required Information: Please include your name, the email address associated with the purchase, and a brief description (or screenshot) of the technical issue you are experiencing.

5. Policy Abuse

We monitor refund requests to prevent fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect a pattern of abuse, such as a high volume of refund claims on successfully downloaded files.
